Mommy

My life has been forever changed because of Lily and I couldn't be happier about it!

 I honestly do believe that I'm the lucky one!  People often comment on how lucky Lily is and while I believe that, I feel, deep inside my heart, all three of us are lucky.  Lucky that we all walked into each other's lives and have become family.

China Made Three!

I'm so happy  and content that I get to be her Mommy!  What an awesome "job" I now have.  This little girl has so much love to give and I'm happy to be on the receiving end of that.  She has the best personality and it is truly incredible to watch it unfold more and more each day.

Lily is extremely curious.  She will stick with something until she figures out how it works.  

She is fiercely independent at times and wants to "do" on her own.  She's great at trying but then letting someone help in the end if needed.  Just don't jump in too soon to help or you will be told no with the waving of the hands and the shaking of her head "no"!  

She is a very loving person.  She loves to give hugs and kisses to us and our puppies.  She enjoys taking her stuffed animals for rides in the wagon with her and pushing them around in her toy stroller or shopping cart. 

Lily is happy!  She's happy to play, eat, go places but most of all is happy when she's with both her Mommy and Daddy.  Sure, she has her "moments" but they are really few and far between.

I'm am just in awe that Lily has adjusted so well to everything.  She needed us and we needed her and it was the right time for all of us.  That I get to call her my daughter and experience life with her is such a gratifying feeling.  

This sweet little girl named Lily Grace, fulfills my heart so much!
