Movie Time!

Grab some popcorn and a coke...it's movie time around here!

My plan was to make a little movie about every month or so (it is SO easy in imovie!) but when I looked back, it's been since April that I made one!
Ooops...guess we've been a little busy around here.

Enjoy and hopefully the next one won't be three months from now.

Parade Time

While we were waiting for the parade to begin, and trying to stay cool, we took some pictures.  I was trying to get a cute one of Lily with her Daddy and this is what I got:

She was in a good mood but such a grumpy face!  I had a great idea - let's give Lily a little flag to hold for the picture and maybe that will make a smile appear.

Well, we got a smile because how fun is it to wave a flag?  Wave and wave and wave - like a whirlwind.  And, right into her Daddy's eye.  Good idea Mommy!

 Of course I did the right thing and just kept taking pictures. 

 No harm done and we continued to wait for the fun to begin.

Later in the day we all headed out to have lunch with family.

July 4th

Happy July 4th! 

I'm so thankful to live in this country and for all the people who help to make it great! 

  We are excited that this little sweetie gets to grow up in our country and
enjoy all it has to offer as well.

Life Lately

We've been doing A LOT of this lately...

One thing I love about a little one is this:

A place to hold everything when going to the pool! 

 Water, floaties, bag, towels and a contained 2 year old and I'm ready to go.  I think I may miss this "hold everything and everyone" invention once she's older.  Nothing wrong with a ten year old in a stroller, right?!?!?

Lily is always up for helping around the house.
